    Security and reliability hardening (v1.1.1)

    • Fix shell word-splitting in docker-entrypoint.sh by replacing unquoted
      string accumulation with positional set -- array pattern
    • Wire LISTEN_HOST/LISTEN_PORT through entrypoint (were dead config)
    • Change PROXY_TRUSTED_IPS default from * to 127.0.0.1; document in README
    • Apply truncate() to fully assembled notification body instead of individual
      field fragments, preventing payloads exceeding Apprise's 32KB limit
    • Narrow except Exception to httpx.TransportError/TimeoutException in
      apprise_client so programming errors surface rather than silently fail
    • Replace before_serving/after_serving with while_serving lifecycle hook;
      configure httpx.AsyncClient with explicit connection limits (max 10)
    • Move delivery_id extraction before signature check for full log correlation
    • Remove redundant Content-Type header (httpx sets it automatically with json=)
    • Import jsonify at module level instead of lazily inside error handler
    • Add tests: 413 oversized body, ALLOWED_EVENTS positive path
    • Rename test_wiki_with_string_page -> test_wiki_page_without_url
    • Bump version to 1.1.1
