    fix: preserve Host header for inbound HTTP signatures

    Stop rewriting r.Host to backend host — broke federation
    signature verify (401 for every remote actor). Also only
    rewrite Content-Length/Content-Encoding when bad emoji pair
    matched, avoiding corruption of compressed and 304 responses.
    Extract newProxy() + add tests.
